EXPORPLÁS has implemented a quality management system in accordance with the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and is certified by the recognised international entity, TÜV Rheinland, to guarantee that the design, development and production of yarns, twines, ropes and synthetic fibres are respected. 

Simultaneously, our modern extrusion and twisting lines are electronically controlled under close supervision by specialised operators. 

This certification represents an additional and independent guarantee of quality for our products. 

QUALITY CONTROL: 

Aware of the importance of research and technological innovation applied to quality control, EXPORPLÁS has its own laboratories for measuring and testing the production process during all its stages, in a scientific and reliable manner. 

These laboratories are completely adapted and suitable for testing our range of products. In one of our labs, we test agricultural twines and ropes and, in the other, we conduct testing of technical fibres and carry out product development.
